The Professionals of the office developed competences in banking law, helping the Client in both judicial field, as regards the controversy against banks related to the violation of rights in case of invalid application of usurer and compound interests, and in the extrajudicial one, as regards for example the renegotiation of the contractual conditions applied by the banks, referring to the securitization operations, purchase or transfer of deteriorated credits.
